The Board Meeting was held in Beaver Dam, Ky. at which time Jim Avritt called the meeting to order
The purse structure will remain the same in 2012 as in 2011 with the nomination, sustaining, and entry fees also the same.
The Breeders incentive fund have agreed to $140,000 for the 2012 fair racing and with Boyd County not seeking a race date for 2012 the finals will also remain the same as 2011.
The officers and the officials for 2012 will remain the same as 2011.
