The Kentucky Colt Association held their annual board meeting and the new dates are listed under the 2016 dates page. It was agreed that if there were more than 70 horses entered in any one fair that each fair will race on two days. If less than 70 the 1st date listed will be the race date.
Because of new eligibility rules the Board agreed that for 2016 we will race under the same rules as last year (2 and 3 year olds with Ky. owners will be eligibility). In 2017 only 3 year olds will be eligibile with Kentucky owners. By 2018 ONLY Kentucky bred will be eligibile. These rules are pending Racing Commission approval.
